On its face, a ledger is a simple accounting of the credits or debits for any particular item that is measured. Be it a checking or savings account, a departmental analytic, or a jujitsu WOD. From a leadership perspective, the ledger is the accounting of all elements related to the actions or drivers towards meeting identified goals. Likewise, from a personal perspective it is a daily accounting that that asks the question, did my actions meet the standard, or not? My hope is that through original, and curated content, the Leadership Ledger becomes a journal of simple, and fundamentally relevant topics, with the goal of balancing the ledger, while multiplying the positive.
